When approved, our fulfillment team will assemble, package, and ship your portrait within 2-4 business days. The delivery time is between 5-14 business days in most cases.

We will send you an email 1-3 days with your proofing, after it has been finished.

From there you can decide whether to accept it, or request any revisions that you need to be made to the design. If we do not hear anything back after 3 days we will auto-accept your proofing so that there are no delays in your order delivery.

We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue, we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your pet(s).

The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash) and at eye level with your pet.

There is no limit to the amount of revisions that you can make to your portrait design! We will verify if the photo is to your satisfaction, and if it isn't we will revise upon request.
